Fit & Food is run by Laura Byrne, a qualified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Adviser with a BSc in Biology, and a Women's Health Fitness Coach. 


From their bright, light and inspiring studio, Laura and her team offer the full 360 when it comes to wellbeing. Alongside the wealth of offering they have in their studio and online, Fit & Food also have in-house Chiswick Renowned Women's Health Physio, Jade Rodham, and also work collaboratively with Daniel Davey's Nutrition team to ensure you receive the highest level of expertise in your mission to get fit.

I’ve been training at Fit and Food for over 3 years. It’s been a joy to see Laura and her amazing team develop the studio into the friendly, nurturing and dynamic community that it is.

I started with Laura when I was five months postpartum with my third child, and very nervous about even stepping foot inside a gym. I now train with Laura, Kathy and Bex (x3 a week). I’ve also seen Jade for women’s health appointments, and the place is made even more joyful by the presence of Holly who is so welcoming to all their clients. Between them, and thanks to their wealth of expert knowledge, it’s no exaggeration to say that they have changed my life.

I first visited the Fit&Food studio, feeling broken, weak and suffering from back pain and regular migraines after two caesarean births. Jade the physiotherapist suggested I do some strength training to rebuild my core and back muscles. After a few personal training sessions with Laura, I was almost entirely pain and headache free, for the first time in years.


A year later, I can safely and confidently join the group strength training and circuit training sessions, I am getting stronger

by the week and feel confident in my body’s abilities again.


All the women who work at this wonderful little gym create a safe and welcoming space, I feel so taken care of, I don’t feel vulnerable or judged and absolutely love going.
